How it works

What happens to your submission

  • You stay anonymous. Name and contact are optional. Share only what you’re comfortable with.
  • We review first. Nothing is published automatically. We assess each submission for credibility and fairness.
  • We verify where we can. Service-charge figures are cross-checked against other reports for the same property and month.
  • We protect identities. Published items are framed to avoid identifying the person who reported them.
Need urgent help? For a withheld or unfairly distributed service charge, you can also raise a formal case with the Labour Relations Authority (LRA), which oversees compliance. This site is a public-interest record, not a substitute for the LRA or legal advice.
